Stafford RUFC U16s play in the Staffordshire U16 League.
League and Friendly Matches take place on Sunday mornings and some Friday evenings under the lights (see match details below).
The team trains on Sunday mornings 10:30 to 12:00 and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30pm and have strength and conditioning gym sessions on Tuesdays from 7:30pm for an hour (see training details below).
