Dean had a long-standing career with his home club Leicester Tigers, represented England on 48 occasions, won six British & Irish Lions caps, and established himself as one of the world's best Number 8's. He has excelled in rugby as a player and coach, enjoyed an illustrious career and, is one of the most respected and revered figures in rugby.
