The primary responsibility of the DOR is to be the overarching lead for ALL rugby at the club.

As the Head of the Men's section, it is essential that you forge close working relationships with the Head of Women's ad Girls section, the Junior Chair and key leads from Mixed Ability and Touch teams.

As DOR, you will be an integral part of GMC and Chair of the Playing Committee that brings all of the senior teams leads together.
